Part #1 - How It Works
Throughout our early life we were constantly conditioned and programmed to 'THINK' things through and in doing so, we sometimes get lost in the mind. Every human body comes with an in-built 'emotional guidance system' however we had to learn this for ourselves by living it every day and we did this for the first few years of our lives until we start school and were told to become sensible and serious about life. In part #1, I share how your emotional guidance system works and how you can easily learn to tune into it and transform your state of being. When something happens in your experience that upsets you or makes you feel negative in some way, the best thing to do is to ask a better question. Instead of getting all moody, just ask a few simple questions and you'll know what you need to tap on in that moment.
Once you become aware of how you feel and how you want to feel, you can then use EFT to release the unwanted feeling and then tap the wanted feeling. After a few rounds I guarantee you'll feel much better about yourself.
In part #2, I share the key differences between the heart and mind and how pay attention to how you feel in every moment. Most of us 'Think' our way through this physical human experience instead of easier option... 'Feeling' our way forward! The mind is simply a survival tool in case you get separated from the heart. If you do not come from the heart, the mind is there to help you survive and navigate this physical human experience. My definition of 'Depression' is the separation from the heart and getting lost in the mind. The heart provides a constant stream of higher guidance that most of us have learnt to ignore because we only trust our mind. When you start to reverse this programming you get very different results in how you feel every day. As you remember how to trust your emotional guidance again, it feels great!

EFT Tapping or the emotional freedom technique is a personal development technique approved by the American Psychological Association (APA) and is like acupuncture but without the needles. In simple terms, acupuncture points are tapped while the mind focuses on positive change.
