Part 1- Introduction
Part 1 starts with a few simple things you can do to create more clarity and a few affirmations to help you feel better about moving forward. Grab a nice cuppa and a note pad, sit back and choose to move forward with me. It's easy when you let go and get stuck in. It beats boredom any day!
Things are changing all around us but what I found most interesting was how fast things manifest these days. The energy about us today is nudging us towards allowing and going with the flow and when you resist, it can let you know within hours. Resisting is not allowing and this creates cloudy thoughts, stagnation and feeling bored and fed up. Resisting does not feel good and the physical body will also show you when you pushing against the flow. Allowing change to flow through you feels much better than having it get stuck in your energy. Choose to dump it this week and embrace the new challenges and opportunities that abound.
I hope by now you're feeling a little clearer about where you are right now. In part 3 we look at change and how it flows. Allowing change, simplifying your life and going with the flow is one of life's little challenges that's tough to overcome. Just recently I was reminded of my own blocks and I choose to grab the opportunity to dump some more emotional baggage and simplify how I work and how I teach. The choice was an easy one... I decided to trade a lot of pain for clarity and growth during a 30 min tapping session and I highly recommend that you tap on things as soon as you become aware of them. Well I hope this mini series was helpful and choose to get clear this week, take action and move forward. Trust me, it does feel better when you take the first steps and get clear. Just do it because it feels the right thing to do and take each day as it comes, just as I do.
