Part #1 - What Are They?
Many people have asked me recently about reflections and what they mean so this week I thought it best to provide some much needed clarity. Today in part #1 we look at what reflections are and what they are showing you about yourself. Most people miss the opportunity to learn and grow and see reflections as annoying when in fact... reflections are our greatest teachers in disguise!
Part #2 - What's Active?
In part #2, I will help you to identify what's currently active in your vibration. Reflections abound and life becomes fascinating and opens up for you when you start to notice all the little reflections around you right now. They are here to teach you something about yourself and today's video is about connecting the reflections to see how you feel about them. Grab a nice cuppa, a pen and some paper and join me in today's video to explore your reflections and soon, you'll start seeing the keys right in front of you to unlock your potential.
Part #3 - EFT Tap-along
In part #2, I shared a free PDF download called 'My Life Tree' to help you see how your life represents a tree with all the clues ever you'll need to set yourself free forever. I will now demonstrate how to use EFT Tapping technique to release the 'root cause' of what's bothering you right now. Join me, tap-along and let's all become more aware of our potential. I also created a PDF download to help you better understand yourself and to identify root causes of reflections.

EFT Tapping or the emotional freedom technique is a personal development technique approved by the American Psychological Association (APA) and is like acupuncture but without the needles. In simple terms, acupuncture points are tapped while the mind focuses on positive change.
