Part #1 - Setting Goals
Many people ask me about goals and how to make the most out of them. Unfortunately most create goals full of limitations without being aware of it. This new mini series is designed to help you create an awareness of you own self limitations. When we write down our goals, it takes them out of the non-physical and into the physical. This is the first step of the manifestation process and is key to awareness. For this video you will need a pen and some paper to write down 3 goals that you want to achieve over the next month or so. Simply choose 3 goals and take time to think of what you want right now and how you feel about your goals.
In part #2 we look a self limitations and how to identify these in your goals. Most people are not aware of their self limitations and today is all about creating more self awareness within you. You may have asked yourself over the years... why some people manifest things faster than others, what the secret is and how you can you learn it?This helps you identify any self limitations in your goals.
In part #3 we focus on goal affirmations and how EFT Tapping can really make them work for you. EFT Tapping is an amazingly fast way to reprogram yourself for success. Today I will help you to complete your 'Goal Accelerator' and I'll show you how to create 3 key affirmations that best support your goals. This week my intention was to focus you on identifying 3 things that you want right now and I have showed you how to move forward step by step. All you have to do now is give yourself permission to focus on yourself for a change and feel more self connected.
